Vendor Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ALLNEEDS. These Vendor Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform as a vendor. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Vendor Eligibility
- You must be legally authorized to operate a business in your city.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject vendor applications at our discretion.
2. Product Listings and Descriptions
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and comply with applicable laws.
- Prohibited items include illegal, counterfeit, or restricted goods as per our policies.
- We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines.
3. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
- Vendors must process and fulfill orders within the specified timeframe.
- Shipping must be handled in accordance with our delivery policies.
- Any delays or issues must be promptly communicated to the customer and ALLSCHOOLABS.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Vendors set their own prices but agree to competitive and fair pricing.
- We will process payments on behalf of vendors and remit earnings based on the agreed-upon payout schedule.
- Transaction fees may apply as per our fee structure.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Vendors must comply with our return and refund policy.
- Disputes regarding returns or refunds will be mediated by ALLNEEDS.
- Vendors may be required to issue refunds or replacements as necessary.
6. Compliance with Laws and Policies
- Vendors must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
- Any violation of laws or our policies may result in suspension or termination of vendor privileges.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- Vendors must ensure that they have the right to sell and distribute their listed products.
- Unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
8. Indemnification
- Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALLNEEDS from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their activities on the platform.
9. Termination and Suspension
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of this Agreement.
- Vendors may terminate their account by providing written notice.
10. Amendments
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes.
- Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of USA and NIGERIA.
- Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal action if necessary.
By registering as a vendor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
