It is an all-natural substitute for white or brown sugar. This versatile

Our maple sugar is dried completely as per Vermont state law so the
sugar will not clump or become hard. Less weight but more concentrated
so you’re still getting the same bang for your buck in our 28 oz bulk

more and then beat it as it cools to make granulated sugar. It is one of

almost indefinite shelf life and needs no refrigeration after opening.
