Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the Allneeds marketplace, including browsing products, customer accounts, orders, payments, fulfilment and support services.
Marketplace use
By using Allneeds, you agree to use the marketplace lawfully and provide accurate information where required for accounts, orders, payments and delivery. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information or use the service in a way that harms other users or marketplace operations.
Product information and availability
Allneeds may display products supplied or fulfilled by third parties. Product information, images, specifications, availability, inventory, prices and delivery options may change as supplier information is updated. We aim to present marketplace information accurately but supplier-originated information may require correction or updating.
Orders and payment
Submitting checkout information does not by itself mean that payment has been successfully completed or that fulfilment has begun. Payment must be successfully processed and verified through the marketplace payment procedure. An order may require review where there is a payment discrepancy, pricing or inventory issue, suspected fraud, fulfilment problem or other material error.
Pricing
Prices displayed on Allneeds may reflect supplier costs, exchange-rate conversion, marketplace markup and other applicable commercial factors. Prices can change as source costs or marketplace settings change. The amount presented for the transaction at checkout is the relevant amount for that checkout, subject to successful payment verification.
Supplier fulfilment and shipping
Some products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers or logistics partners. Delivery availability, processing and timing can therefore depend on supplier inventory and carrier operations. Shipping terms should be read together with the Allneeds Shipping Policy.
Returns, refunds and disputes
Return and refund requests are handled according to the Returns & Refunds Policy, the circumstances of the transaction, product condition, supplier or logistics requirements, payment status and applicable consumer law. Customers should not return products to an unapproved address.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for providing accurate account information. Notify support if you believe your account or transaction information has been compromised. Allneeds support will not ask you to provide your password, OTP, PIN or complete card credentials in an ordinary support message.
Intellectual property and site content
The Allneeds name, marketplace presentation, original site content and software are protected as applicable. Third-party product names, marks, images or content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Changes and availability
Marketplace features, suppliers, products, policies and these Terms may be updated as the service develops. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, supplier/API availability, security or technical reasons.
