India Saw The Launch of the Powerbeats Pro 2

On Tuesday, Beats introduced the Powerbeats Pro 2 in India. Along with features like dynamic head tracking, speech isolation support, and customisable spatial audio, the earphones have active noise cancellation (ANC) with transparency options. The case has a USB Type-C connection and enables Qi wireless charging. With the casing, the earbuds are said to have a 45-hour battery life. The earbuds have an IPX4 rating, a heart rate monitor, and the Apple H2 microprocessor.

The Powerbeats Pro 2 costs Rs. 29,900 in India. They may be bought in the nation right now on the official website, and starting February 13, they will be sold through additional methods. Electric Orange, Hyper Purple, Jet Black, and Quick Sand are the four colour variations available.

Features and Specifications of Powerbeats Pro 2
The dual-element dynamic diaphragm transducers that come with the Powerbeats Pro 2 earbuds are said to provide sound of superior quality. They support adaptive EQ characteristics and adaptive ANC, which includes a transparency mode. They have dynamic head tracking technology and support for spatial audio.

Each earphone in the Powerbeats Pro 2 has three microphones, including a dedicated voice microphone. They have an accelerometer, gyroscope, and optical sensors for heart-rate monitoring and in-ear detection.

It is claimed that athletes may track their performance in real time with the Powerbeats Pro 2’s heart rate monitoring capability. According to the company, blood flow is measured using LED optical sensors that pulse more than 100 times per second. The data is instantly shared with any compatible fitness apps. In India, it will first function with apps like YaoYao, Nike Run Club, Open, Ladder, Slopes, and Runna.

According to Beats, the Powerbeats Pro 2’s Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity allows for smooth pairing for both Apple and Android customers. One-touch pairing, hands-free Siri, audio sharing, automatic switching, and Find My are all supported with Apple devices. In the meanwhile, the Beats App gives Android users access to these functionalities. On-ear buttons and a tactile volume rocker on the earbuds allow users to control music. Additionally, you can use the ‘Hey Sir’ or ‘Siri’ commands to access Siri hands-free.

Supported by Apple’s H2 chip, the Powerbeats Pro 2 are said to last up to 10 hours of music and 45 hours when the charging case is used. Up to 90 minutes of playback time is claimed to be available with a quick five-minute charge. The case is reportedly 33% smaller than the previous model, features a USB Type-C port, and supports Qi wireless charging.
