The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has started distributing sensitive materials to the 18 local government areas.
Stakeholders, including security agencies, political party representatives, and Civil Society Organizations, gathered at the Akure branch of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to oversee the distribution process.
Before distribution, the materials were carefully inspected to confirm they had not been tampered with.
