IQOO, Vivo Release Android 15-Based Funtouch OS 15 With AI: New stuff.
In India, Vivo and iQOO smartphones are getting Funtouch OS 15. The businesses are one of the first OEMs to bring out Android 15 on their devices, beyond Samsung and Google. The upgrade improves user experience with new algorithms, animations, effects, and AI-powered features.

The iQOO 12 will get the Funtouch OS 15 upgrade, according to iQOO. The upgrade will come to more brand phones in the following weeks and months. Vivo also announced the Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15 beta upgrade for the X Fold 3 Pro and X100 series in a press release.
The changelog says Funtouch OS 15 has a new smart scheduling system that allocates CPU resources to programs and activities based on priorities and needs. The new Origin animation makes the system’s dynamic impacts more natural. The tactical reaction is also optimised, improving user experience.
Funtouch OS 15 offers several static and active wallpapers in various designs. The update also includes four fingerprint identification animations, new always-on display styles, and an optimized icon library.Additions include Memory Movie, document shadow removal, clean-up recommendations, and Ultra Game Mode fast settings.
Vivo devices’ Android 15 upgrade adds AI and customisation possibilities. AI Photo Enhance optimises picture characteristics to increase quality. It also has AI Erase, an object removal tool for photos. New AI Image Lab features. One more is live transcribe, which promises to transcribe on-screen speech.
An improved Link to Windows function increases cross-device operability. Real-time contact sync, file sharing, and picture viewing are possible between devices. The updated S-Capture functionality allows multiple audio tracks and annotations during screen recording. A control panel for microphone and system sound recordings is included.
