Barbadian singer and business mogul, Robyn Rihanna Fenty, has been learning to speak Yoruba, one of Nigeria’s native languages. In a video shared on Instagram by UK-based makeup artist Damilola Adejonwo, also known as Senorfenty, Rihanna was seen trying her hand at the language during a Fenty event.
In the clip, Senorfenty was heard teaching the global superstar how to say “Mo wa pa,” which translates to “I’m fine” in Yoruba. Rihanna’s attempt at speaking the language delighted fans, adding to her charm and further deepening her connection with African culture.
