Actor and comedian Mr. Macaroni has offered his thoughts on the difficulties of staying faithful in partnerships and marriages.
“Difficult but possible” is how Mr. Macaroni characterised fidelity in an interview with the Diary Of A Naija Girl podcast.
He admitted that while giving relationship advice is simple, putting those ideas into practice in one’s own life can be far more difficult.
The entertainer highlighted that the struggle with faithfulness is not limited to one gender, noting that both men and women face temptations.
He also pointed out that infidelity can be a slippery slope, where once someone starts, it becomes increasingly hard to stop.
Mr. Macaroni’s frank observations provided a realistic perspective on the difficulties of managing relationships in the modern world.
Although it is incredibly tough, it is possible to avoid cheating. Even though I’m not in a relationship or thinking about getting one right now, I know a lot about relationships.
“I’m not kidding. My friends confide in me about their relationships, and I give them advice, so I consider myself an expert. However, since I’m not involved in the relationship, I believe it’s simple to assist them.
Therefore, as a married individual, it’s really challenging to avoid cheating. Not just the man, but both men and women… There’s no turning back once you start cheating, even when you promise yourself you won’t do it again,” he stated.
