Senate Confirms Omolola Oloworaran as Director General of PENCOM
The Senate on Thursday, November 21, 2024, approved the appointment of Omolola Oloworaran as the Director General of the National Pension Commission (PENCOM).
The confirmation followed a thorough review of the report submitted by the Committee on Establishment and Public Service, led by Senator Cyril Fasuyi. The report, presented during plenary, affirmed Oloworaran’s qualifications and suitability for the role.
With this confirmation, Oloworaran is set to lead PENCOM in advancing its mission of regulating and supervising Nigeria’s pension industry.
