Samsung Galaxy S25 FE To Have 9400 Chipset

Samsung launched the Galaxy S24 FE in India and global markets last month, and rumors about its successor, the Galaxy S25 FE, have already emerged.

According to a tipster, Samsung plans to equip the Galaxy S25 FE with MediaTek’s latest flagship chipset, the Dimensity 9400, rather than its own Exynos mobile processor. This shift indicates a strategic move towards utilizing MediaTek’s technology for enhanced performance.

Additionally, a report from a South Korean publication, The Elec, suggests that Samsung is exploring a “slim” design for the Galaxy S25 FE.

This model could feature a 6.7-inch display, similar to the current Galaxy S24 FE, while incorporating a larger yet thinner battery to achieve the desired slim profile. Unlike the main Galaxy S25 series, expected to launch in early 2025, the S25 FE might not debut until Q3 2025.

The trend of slimmer smartphones extends beyond Samsung; reports also indicate that Apple is working on a slim iPhone 17 Air (or iPhone 17 Slim) for its next series, aiming to set a new standard for thinness in flagship devices.
